Had an appointment for 8:30 was here early, dropped off my car didn't hear from them came back 5 hrs later to check on my car they were barely checking it out. Why have appointments if they don't keep them. I have to wait 3 more hours or so for my car to be ready. Now I remember why I stopped coming here in the first place. Ugh!!!
Kendra my salesperson was amazing! Richard my service department writer is awesome. Both these employees are the reasons that I stay with AutoNation. Lastly, Mr. Gooding is what a Manager should be, a man with resolutions not excuses, thank you all for the stellar customer service.
Great work from the entire team, from the call to schedule my service to the free ride home. ???? Jerry is the best service rep out there. Keep up the great work team.
