I took my car here because my check engine light went on and it was the closest auto shop to my location. I’m glad I found this place, as they did a quick diagnosis and then, sent me to the dealership for a possible warranty resolution, instead of taking my business and money. These guys are the best!!! I originally found their shop because of all the positive reviews they had on Google and they did not disappoint. Tom & Viet are so honest, knowledgeable, and their prices are really good. They've actually taken the time to show me the repairs that need to be done. Their cost estimates are much more affordable than other shops. Also, one time after I had parked my car on the street, I noticed the side of my bumper had popped out (probably was swiped by another car) - Tom was able to get it back in place and didn't even charge me! I told my mom about how wonderful these guys are and she started using this shop too. The only reasons I don't go here anymore are because I need a shop that's open on Saturdays, plus I moved. They used to be open on Saturdays but they stopped during the pandemic (which I understand). I highly recommend Precise Auto Repair!

My car was making a weird sound and I took it here for diagnosis. They were able to pinpoint the issue with certainty. The part was expensive to replace, so they suggested a variety of other options, first steps, and even other mechanics I could call to see if they could rebuild the part instead of buying a new or used one. In the end, I had them replace the rear differential and it fixed the sound. I'm really happy with their service and feel they did everything they could to help me save money. I feel treated with respect here. This is my go-to place now for maintenance.
