Made appointment via State Farm and met with a guy named Javier. Went in for the estimate. The guy was straight up rude. There was obvious damage on the door and yet he refused to put it on estimate until I brought the car in for repair. I called out on his lies and he just yelled you can go somewhere else and walked away. Very unprofessional and rude.
I had a good experience with Fix. They gave me an approximate date when the car would be done after being involved in an accident and it was done with in 3 work days of that. I have had other auto companies repair cars and they would just keep getting delayed and delayed. They were also nice to talk to on the phone. From the front desk person to the person responsible for contacting me about my car. They sounded upbeat like they enjoyed their job rather than having to put up with me.
This body shop is located at a big street. The fee to fix my Lexus is very reasonable. They made my car look like a brand new one..
