Had a broken sun roof replaced. NEVER give them your credit card up front!! Worst level of communications ever, failed to get documentation from insurance company, then bypassed and proceeded to process my repair as a cash repair without my specific approval resulting in a charge ~$500 higher than the estimate provided by the insurance co., worst level of communication EVER!!! The repair itself was flawless.
Juan & Jody are accommodating, friendly, and kind. My front windshield was replaced excellently, I had a really great experience with them. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.
This year we had to replace the same windshield twice due to snow and a rock. Jodie and the guys at Tri County really helped us out! Got our windshield in quick and were so nice!!
