Everyone here is great. This is my preferred place to take my vehicle. Family owned and operated, very trust worthy people.

Woke up to a flat one morning, and instead of a repair, it was clear I needed a new tire. Actually, new tires since all of my tires were getting old and worn, not just the one that went flat. Called Ian's, and not only did they have what I needed in stock, they slipped me in at the end of the day right before closing time. Can't beat same day service. Unfortunately these guys didn't bother to mention that they didn't do the wheel alignment, but they charged me for it anyway. I brought it back and they said they couldn't align it because the steering arms were loose. I had the steering arms replaced at another shop and had it aligned but it still wobbled so I brought it to another shop and had the wheels balanced... They were WAY off balance two weeks after install. Ian's was very disappointing and wasted a lot of my time. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
