It’s rare to come across good people that are honest especially in the automotive industry. Haik was extremely helpful and upfront regarding the type of service he was going to provide. We had our Audi that needed brakes and instead of telling us that all of brakes needed to be changed, he was honest and told us exactly what needed to be replaced. I just got my 2003 Audi A8 back from Haik's and his team resolved several difficult to find oil and water leaks. For the first time in ages, there are no leaks evident on the garage floor after the car has been sitting for awhile. I would recommend Haik's to anyone in need of a sophisticated German car oriented repair shop. By the way, they can also handle the replacement of tires and wheel alignment at competitive prices.

Just recently took my Volkswagen here to get my alternator replaced. I have to say, Haik was one of the most pleasant and easy people to work with. He called me multiple times explaining in detail what needed to be done to the car, how much it would cost, etc. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, which is somewhat of a rarity when it comes to auto repair shops. Although the shop is a little pricey (which in all fairness is to be expected when you have a German car), he did amazing work and now has another loyal customer. I would definitely recommend his shop to anybody that needed auto repair, major or minor.
