I just dropped my car off at Granny’s Garage and I am still blown away at how kind and authentic The owners were. I’ve never had such a great first impression of a business in my life. Even my dad was left speechless at how great an experience we just had. And he’s had like 70 years experience with car repair shops and people. Wow.

This was my first time going to Granny’s Garage and definitely not the last! Carter was great, knowledgeable, and had great suggestions on the services I had done. Very fair prices on having my dct fluid, differential fluid, and rear differential bushing replaced on my 2016 Bmw M3. Granny’s had all this done in a quick timeline as quoted. I have been working with Kurt, Karen & Team at Granny's for over 25 years and not ONCE have they not delivered on what they said they would do. Their service is exceptional, they are always willing and responsive when I call and most of all, when they fix my cars, they do it right. Kurt is totally up front with what needs to be done, and willing to take the time to explain why, what happened, what was replaced and even what he didn't replace because he felt the work was not necessary. I trust them implicitly and recommend them to anybody I know who has a BMW or Mercedes. Can't say enough good things about Granny's!
