As always, Robert and his team, went above and beyond in servicing my Volvo for regular maintenance. Not only does my car drive like new, but the car is always washed, and care taken with the interior when returned. Dealing with Ayers is always a pleasant experience, and pricing is comparable to dealerships. Coming from out of state, I am happy to have found Robert and his team who are very knowledgeable on servicing foreign cars. I Think Ayers provides professional service. A few days out, I am Satisfied with the quality of the work. I did provide a competitive bid from Toyota in Goleta. I was surprised the owner still charged me with his much higher price. This was the first time I used his service. I'm not sure I can trust his fairness in pricing! Services: Transmission, Brakes

Went to Ayers once as a new customer for an oil change on my jeep. The work they did was fine, but the owner then tried to upsell me on ~$3000 of additional repairs and services that my car did NOT need. Maybe they are straight shooters with longtime customers, but I felt taken advantage of and will not be returning.
