Brian is awesome. You know when you find a really good plumber or electrician that actually returns calls, texts, does what he says he's going to do on time and you aren't left with crazy surprises. This is Brian. This IS the only place to take your Mercedes. I can tell you from my experience there are very crowded mechanics that can take 30 days for an appointment and cost you more. If you don't go here, you are missing the boat 100%
It was truly a pleasure interacting with the owner. Even though he is obviously stacked with work, he took the time to give personal attention to our every interaction, helpfully explaining and detailing both the current work done and future recommendations. Then when a part we needed was out of stock everywhere, he even found a fabricator to make an equivalent replacement quickly! Highly recommend.
An honest auto shop that knows Sprinters and goes out of their way to help however they can. Highly recommend!
