I happened to meet Alphonse at a store on Thanksgiving after my RV breaking down in Santa Barbara. He came out and did a great job, running for parts after diagnosing the problem and finding little things once he started that many mechanics had missed before. Above his knowledge and professionalism I highly recommend Alphonse for his compassion, patience and willingness to work on something unknown to him. Traits you will come to appreciate when stranded.
