This is an AMAZING auto shop. I got rear ended by some hit and run punk and my car was nearly totalled. The owners wife suggested I take the car to her husband's shop and they'd help me out with everything to get me back on the road. Just picked up my car and I'm very happy with it. If anything changes I'll update but I doubt I'll need to. Very glad to have my car back in great condition. They are very willing to work with you and help you if you're in a tough situation.

Worst experience of my life!! If I can rate this shop 0 stars I definitely would. Waste of my money and time. Did not get my car fixed properly

This is a review I should have written over a year ago, but I am appreciative to this day for Shawn's help (Master Auto Repair Santa Ana, CA). I have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon. While trying to install rocksliders/ side rails I broke one of the body frame bolts on the front driver's side. The bolt was broken off inside the car's frame, a disaster. I took the jeep to a few different shops, none of who knew how to fix this problem. The dealer said the entire body of the car would need to be lifted off the frame to make the repair. (This would have cost $6000+ and taken weeks). I went to Shawn hoping for a miracle and he delivered. He made the repair by going in behind the wheel well, extracting the stripped bolt and fabricating a new bracket. When he was finished there was no sign of any repair having been made, all the work behind the wheel well trim. I have had the car off road for over two years with no issues from this repair, side rails also are perfect. Shawn saved me that day
