Made an appointment days in advance and I told them what I needed done. On the day I went to drop off my car, I was told my car couldn't be repaired because a certain mechanic doesn't work on weekends. Wish I could have known sooner so I could have reschedule and gone somewhere else.

I've always loved Firestone, but this location went above and beyond for me! Mike the manager is great and communicated with me everything beforehand and was very trustworthy. Being a woman going into an auto shop is tough because you don't know if they will try to upsell you or make you do repairs you truly don't need, but Mike was great!!! This is my new favorite location and I will keep coming back! Thank you Mike!
