Horrible customer service. The guy in charge at the smog test building is rude. Kept looking at his phone when I was trying to ask him questions

I called this location with questions and the call did not go well for me. I felt as if I was a nuisance, that my questions were unwelcome. If you are answering the phones in a customer service setting, be careful of your tone of voice. People can hear if you're frustrated or annoyed so be careful not to let these emotions be detectable in your voice. As someone who listens to customers everyday over the phone for over 20 years, I can tell if a customer doesn't feel well, isn't happy, or is stressed, so I'm sure they can tell the same about my voice. So it's important in customer service to stay as calm as possible to offer the best possible solutions for your customers. It's important to stay positive and have faith that there is a good solution obtainable, so asking all the right questions to make that happen is also important. I had been shopping different tire companies just in case I could find something closer cuz I was worried that I might not make it to the one I usually go to.

Professionalism in customer service is lacking. Whoever worked in the front desk on Friday Nov 26, 2021 is seriously in need to be retrained how to respond to and help customers in a professional manner. Very rude!
