I am very satisfied with my experience with dealer service they went above and beyond my expectations! Five stars go to Mr Jose Lopez, his customer service was amazing he was friendly professional, communicative, and trustworthy! My car was in the shop for almost 4 weeks and he made sure that I was taking care of from day one from when they towed my car to take it to the shop from my house to sending me photos of my car to update me, explaining all the work being done to my car, to contacting my insurance and the rental company to deal with them, He even met me at the shop when my car was ready on his day off! I am so grateful he definitely made a bad situation less stressful thank you so much Mr. Lopez being in the same industry customer service is very important to me so on that note I would definitely recommend using Dealer Service for your next Auto repair needs Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Have gotten my car done here two times already and both times I have been exceptionally satisfied, don't hesitate to get your auto repairs done here because they will leave you in shock and awe, A++ all around!

This review is based on my experience in resolving an insurance claim. First off nobody is happy they’ve been an accident and you’re likely not going to be a happy camper until you’re made to feel whole again. I came in on a Thursday (day after my fender bender) for an estimate. I was greeted by Cathy at the front desk and I was set up with Jose Moreno. He came outside and did his thing to provide me with an estimate. Once I received it I was advised to drop off my car on Monday. Monday rolls around and I’m there on Monday dropping my rig off for what might be a week. If you’re lucky to have access to a 2nd car or your insurance includes car rental service, you have no reason to sweat it. I had none of those. HOWEVER, Dealer Services provided me with a complimentary car rental from Enterprise for 5 days!! Yes, a complimentary car rental!! Who does that? They do apparently. Enterprise came by to pick me up and all I did was fill out some forms and leave a 100 dollar deposit via my bank
