The owner (uncle An) is extremely honest, a quality you need from a mechanic. He revived my car from a dead alternator on a Sunday. Not many shop even open on Sunday. The price is only 1/3 of the dealership. Talk to the owner. I don't know about his employees; it's depends on who you get.
They get busy on the weekend, but overall they are great. They are honest and fair about pricing. They have been doing my families oil change for over 5 years in 3 different cars.
I read many reviews of Alpha Auto repair , give it a try . Unbelievable , very honest and very reasonable , affordable for the repair . My turn to highly recommend to Alpha Auto repair when you need a quote or service your car there . Mr An and his team are very nice and friendly .
