Absolutely amazing customer service and reliable. We mistakenly went to a horrible auto service shop and they were saying they had to remove the dash and we had a leak for the AC. After digging a little more, we wanted to go to another place. Cal West Auto was super responsive on message and helpful with all the questions we had. They did the diagnosis and was able to fix the AC issue. It was just the frion and not what the other place was saying. Highly recommend this place!

Wow, what can I say about this shop. This shop is fantastic. They have really fair prices and went above and beyond on some work I recently needed done. I left my vehicle with them for a couple day and they were able to squeeze it in and get it done earlier than expected. The guys there have a great work ethic. The staff there are extremely friendly. They are professional but also very personable. They took me back to give me a tour of their shop/racks. I will definitely be back! Service: Steering & suspension repair

WOW!!! I can genuinely not say enough regarding how impressed I am with the amazing customer service and quality work of this team. Drew and his crew truly love what they do, and it shows. My car had an odd sound, the figured out the issue quickly, I was able to get my car fixed the same day and the prices are fair, although I would happily pay more because they treat you like a VIP from, they pick up your phone to call. They made me feel like family, I highly recommend Cal West Auto!!!
