I've been bringing my vehicles for at least 10 years. There's drastic improvement everytime I bring my vehicles. Lou breaks down everything that comes up in a diagnostic test and everything he plans on doing. If plans change he doesn't proceed without my consent. Lou is very patient with my older truck that I just bought. It pretty much needs everything replaced. This is definitely my favorite auto shop!
