I have done business there before, but I do not intend to do so again. I am sad to report that the staff were rude & unprofessional on several occasions, especially in the evenings. They are often hostile to customers for no reason & try to paywall basic services lounge a restroom that they're legally required too provide I will avoid doing business there whenever possible
I recently went here for a smog check. I was helped by Valentin who was very helpful. He worked with me and explained everything as he went through the process and I was done within 20 minutes.
He is rude. Charging 70$ for smog and don't know how to talk to the customer! Shame!
