I recently posted a review on my more recent experience with capitol auto care. I owe a big apology and I would like to recend my last review that I feel may have had an impact on this business for the services rendered to myself and my family. The review I posted after careful reconsideration of how my situation was handled. I was given a thorough diagnosis, an in detail estimate and cost of repairs, I was given the option to go through with repairs that I did decline. I am satisfied with my service overall. Capitol auto care has always shown a level of professionalism that has surpassed any and all expectations that a customer would want from an auto care specialist. My family has been with capitol auto care for many years and has always been knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy business built on integrity. This review is three weeks overdue. My apologies. Went there for break and light inspection charge me $120 said that one out of two licence bulbs was out and that my wheel hub stud s and nuts was brocken which they were ok when I brought it in ,brought it back for reinspection with in a week after I fix everything and they charge me another $120 because they said 3 more lights were out didn't even move the car 2 miles before I brought it back for re-inspection, will NOT recommend this place at all. I took my car for break and light inspection and they did pass my car for an stupid reason .I waste $145.the other place say they just wanted to charge me to return again and pay $80 more. Don't recommend at all.
