Ramona Tire

Romona Tire made my Tuesday morning flat tire fiasco so easy. My car has specialty tires so I was dreading having to ride share for a couple of days until they came in but Ms. Martha took care of me and had one delivered that same day. She said that I would be able to pick up my car late in the evening i.e. 730 pm and when she realized I couldn't get a hold of my sister to drop me off at work, she arranged a ride for me. I showed up 2.5 hours early to Romona Tires because I didn't have anyone to give me a ride in the evening and to my great surprise and my even greater pleasure was greeted with a cold water (a blessing as I had walked from work which wasn't far but in 100+ weather was not fun) and the news that my car was just about done. By the time I got done paying, I had my keys in hand and I jumped in my car excited that a dreadful day ended with some new car shoes, friendly smiles and superb customer service. I will most definitely return! Thank you Romona Tires!!

The absolute best costumer service I’ve gotten at a mechanic/tire shop. They were very professional and made sure to keep my updated on my car and what it needs. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance here.

We've been coming to Ramona Tire and Service Centers - #3002 in San Jacinto for over 6 years now. I was recently assisted by Justin. I had to speak to his supervisor, Martha - the Boss Lady - and tell her personally what a wonderful service Justin provided over the phone and in person. He followed up and called me back as promised. And Martha even said "We'll be right with you" when I walked in the shop and there was someone ahead of me. It's the little things, ya know? They also put air in the tires of our other car as a courtesy. Thank you, San Jacinto staff. Keep up the excellent work.
