Jiffy Lube

I have used Jiffy Lube several times. I've found them to friendly, courteous and thorough. Didn't have to wait too long...in and out about 30 minutes, maybe less. Vacuumed inside and checked tires. Very satisfied. Services: Tires, Oil change

Went in for a normal oil change and also needed my cooling system drained and refilled, I provided 8 gallons to be put back into the system. Only to find out that they only drained the radiator and not the whole system and was able to only get almost 4 gallons back into it. I now have, a 50% contaminated system. When I was told that they did not use the machine, they only opened the radiator I said why? Because I didn’t ask for that, well, I did not have a menu board to choose from so I did not know. I’ve paid for the entire thing and still need to go get four more gallons of coolant and still have my system re-done, again. So my question is if you have the tools available why would you not use them and do a thorough job instead of only half of it.
