Crash Champions Collision Repair

My experience at Service King/Crash Champions San Gabriel was highly disappointing due to Mr. Daniel Holguin's poor customer service. After requesting a quote and confirming insurance information, I asked for a part to be pre-ordered last Friday, and they will contact me to drop off the car. Without my consent or notification, they scheduled a drop-off appointment for the following Monday. Assuming the part had arrived, I tried to reschedule due to a family emergency but couldn't reach anyone. When I visited on the following day, Tuesday, Mr. Daniel revealed that the part was only ordered on Monday morning, not Friday. I questioned why they had scheduled the appointment prematurely, and Mr. Daniel dismissed my concerns, claiming he didn't like my "energy" when I asked if they wanted my business because their practice says otherwise, and he rejected me as a client. Even after speaking to the general manager, Alan, and acknowledging multiple errors by their staff, the treatment I receive

I came here as a second opinion in a no fault accident. I was welcomed with open arms and hospitality by Fernanda and was able to clearly convey to Jesse what happened to my vehicle. The entire process from initial estimates / photos, car drop-off, car rental services to and from, and pick-up were smooth as can be. My car was returned in a better state that I had brought it in and I honestly felt they went above and beyond in helping me meet my expectations. Service: Body & Trim

Not completely satisfied. First, the car is not washed, cleaned and vacuumed. Closer inspection shows the panel gap is uneven and does not look like it’s aligned correctly. Also the work on the body came out not in the shape like original as I expected. The paint color does seem to match. Hopefully, it won’t change after a few months. The staff service was excellent. I appreciate their honesty, professionalism and genuine advice. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
