Hayes Auto Repair

I accidentally hit the side of my car while I was backing up. All the other body shops said that I'd need a new door and etc. and it'd take a few weeks to be done. Hayes Auto was the only body shop that could meet my timeline and was willing to "fix" the door instead of replacing it. I decided to go with them and was able to pick up my car in a week and it looks brand new! They even cleaned in/outside of my car.

Would strongly recommend! Gave us a very competitive quote and then the actual cost came in under the quote- how often does that happen? Car looks good as new!

2nd amazing experience at Hayes! We had previously had a fantastic experience with Joseph at Hayes so we came back to him recently when the hinge on the tailgate of our BMW broke. Not only did he and his team do a great job with the repairs, he also advised us on how to work with the insurance company to make sure the claim wouldn’t impact our premium. On top of that, when we picked up the car he gave us a generous discount when he noticed we were expecting a baby. We hope we won’t need much more auto body work, but if we do we will be coming back to Joseph at Hayes auto. Service: General repairs & maintenance
