Showed up and they were quick to check in my car. They provided a detailed list of info on the car for $90. I had my radiator in the wrong position and my hose had a hole in it and they fixed it for about $1700. Called them several times and they always answered and were very willing to explain everything to me. Would recommend.

I felt very confident, leaving my vehicle with Gil at family auto care. He instilled much confidence and both he and the mechanic showed me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. I came in because I had a slow leak, however, we also found that the tire was wearing on the inside where you can’t really notice so I thought I would only have to change one tire. He explained to me and told me to Google it for myself to confirm that all wheel drive are recommended to change all four tires, even if it is only one that is being affected. While I waited, I did look it up and he was absolutely right. Although I ended up spending more than I was planning., I felt I was treated fairly and the cost was justified. I was even compelled to add more cost by having them give my car a well-deserved tuneup. Thank you Gil and team. Needed to have the air conditioning serviced. After doing some research and reading reviews I decided to give this place a try. I was not disappointed. They were very professional very detail oriented and explained everything in complete detail as to what the service would cost and how long it might take. Do not take your car to the dealership where you bought it you will be disappointed but you will be extremely happy if you go to family auto service.
