Lixin (Sam) was very receptive on the phone and in person. He slotted me for an appointment and took my car in exactly on time. Prices are reasonable. The storefront is a bit tucked away behind other auto repair shops in a dead-end driveway so drive slowly.
As the other reviews raved...an excellent shop of professional mechanics. Knowing almost nothing about cars, I was worried about taking my car in for the first time. They were honest, friendly, and did an excellent job. They described things in words I could understand and did not try to upsell me. I have no worries going there again for anything car related.
These guys are the best. I've worked them through 2 cars. An old 2003 BMW and a 2011 Lexus. They've been extremely transparent, kind, and flexible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking.
