Love this family owned car shop down El Camino in San Bruno. We bring our cars here for years and they never let us down! Service is personal and friendly... I recommend this place to anyone!

I was told that the repair would take three days. Three days?! That's way too long for such a minor repair. When I asked why it would take so long, they simply shrugged their shoulders and said "that's just how it is". I decided to leave my car with them anyway, but when I returned three days later, nothing had been done! My car was still in the same condition as when I left it. When I asked what happened, they said they "forgot" about my car. How can you forget about a customer's car? The worst part of all this is that they still charged me for the repair! They said that because I had already paid for the service, there was nothing they could do. This is completely unacceptable and outrageous! I would never recommend European Car Service to anyone. They are unprofessional, unreliable and will rip you off without hesitation. Avoid this place at all costs - you have been warned! Never Believe the Carfax!! I had Derrick do a PPI on a Porsche 997 and he saved me from making a very expensive mistake on what appeared to be a well maintained car. His inspection was very thorough and discovered problems that don't show up on a Carfax yet would have cost me several thousands of $$$ to remedy. Quick, trustworthy, and always has the customer's best interests at heart. I can't recommend him highly enough.
