Nissan Service and Parts Center

Horrible work done on cars. Sometimes no work done when they say they did. The service staff were friendly and the driver was great. But the people that worked on my car didn't do the job properly. One time they didn't even touch my car, I looked at the level of antifreeze and it was at minimum. Another time they didn't install my tires properly. The nuts were not even hand tight. My cars transmission also gave out at 72k miles and it was a known problem where Nissan would pay for it. They said "my cars VIN wasn't showing up for the service" even though it was the year and model on the list of cars.

Very helpful and nice to seal with. They have a new manager, she is awesome. Bought my rogue here in 2014, looking to buy another vehicle.

Everyone acted like leisure day ???? Waited 20 minutes for help and I had an appointment. Also waited 10 minutes for someone to give me my keys and point out my car after services. New management but similar service to old management. Still need to work on better customer service ????
