Decent customer service. Very reasonable prices. They also do batteries windshield wipers, oil change. Perfect mechanic shop for our cars. Mark is awesome.
Mark and Jacob and their crew are very accommodating and sensitive to the needs of their customers. After returning from a long trip, I discovered I neglected to renew my vehicle registration (a couple of weeks late), which required that my vehicle be smogged. I called and requested an appointment; Mark gave me one first thing the following morning. This may seem like a simple enough service, but this is a good example of the way Valley Center Car Care has responded to my service requests in the past.
