they told me to come at 7:30am my car was making wierd noise. But I was not having any problem with the alternator. They Did not offer me a ride home so I called a taxi. By 9:30 the taxi still hadn't arrived and my car still hadn't been touched. Finally got home around 10:30. No one called me all day even though they are not open on the weekend. No one gave me any estimate.I finally called but they were closed. Sat morning I decided to go there just to see if my car was locked inside and safe. Nope, it was parked on the street. Started it up and it was still making noise. Went back Monday they said car was finished. The bill, 518.00 for alternator I didn't need and replace serpintine belt that I already had..and its. still making noise. I'm on Social Security, that money was most of my income for the month. They told me that there was a dead circut in my Alternator but I was having no problem with that at all. I had a spare serpentine belt I ask them to put on instead of the old one.
