One Stop Auto Care

Went to shop 2 times. The first time I was charged 280 dollars for a change of oil and for an air tube that it needed. The part needed originally cost around 100 dollars. (Thanks to O'Reilly intake.) Unfortunately, the next day my cars emmission control lights turned on again. I was unable to take the car at the shop so my friend took it for me. He was charged the same amount for the same job that should have been dealt with the first time. I did not tell my friend what was done the time I took it for fixing, just that the emission control lights turned on and needed some fixing. So, he went in with an open mind. Overall, it sucked. Need to make some research on shops to trust now. Mind you this was not recent but, this should not have happened in the first place....

Very quite and friendly place. Prices are decent and affordable. No pressure ever added to get something extra or that something needs to be done. Wait time no more than 30 mins.

Started comming here 1 week ago, have been here now 3 times since - first I had an engine diagnostics done revealing a small oil leak from the side of the engine - it was patched up and repaired quite quickly and reasonably. Had my brakes checked out, and new spark plugs installed the 2nd time. Also wasted no time waiting around for hours for service, they took my truck in rite away. 3rd time I went back since they’ve been doing so great and are better priced than any shops I’ve found around here or San Jose, especially compared to Midas. I had them check out my drivers window as it’s been unable to roll down for years - turns out it just needed a new window regulator and they serviced it quickly too. I’d highly recommend this place for just about any service - they really do it all here and their prices are better than any other shop I’ve found so far. I do wish the receptionist had more help inside though and wasn’t on her headphones so much
