When I bring a vehicle in at 7:30 on a Saturday that they charge a grand to fix, I expect them to start the job at 7:30, not at 2:30 on Sunday. I feel that you never intended to give us our vehicle back until Monday. We went there and talked to the guy fixing it and had to give him our number to call us when he was finished. There was not even a way to get ahold of you. The last time, you took a one day job and turned it into 3 days, upsetting my wife and I, who needed that vehicle, massively. The reasons we have come here in the past is that you don't price gouge or find invisible problems that need fixing. Sorry, but it is not enough to keep us as customers. We will not be back again. Learn to not over extend yourself. Maybe when someone comes in with a thousand dollar problem, they can go before the oil leaks and the smog checks. I expect if I am there first in the morning, I should be served first.

Saturday 4:45pm. I needed a place to get my 87 BMW smogged. Found Green Phoenix after a quick search and decided to give them a shot. Amit, the owner was awesome. Super friendly, professional, and quick. Definitely bringing my cars here next time for my smog needs

These dudes suck when it comes to carburetor smog check!! It took them over a week my car was sitting there literally for over a week and they could not diagnose or find out what was wrong with my car in order for it to pass California emissions. I took it to my usual mechanic as soon as I found out he was back and it took my normal mechanic less than two days to figure out the problem and get it took pass and back on the road
