Helpful friendly staff. Techs answered my questions and the service writer was helpful. Gave me discounts and a good price on a full set of tires.

Used an on-line tire warehouse to ship tires for local delivery and installation. Used this location several times for auto repair services other than tire repairs. My only concern is they dont have a linked nationwide system to provide them accurate information about repairs done at other locations.

Bought the lifetime alignment for my car years ago and that was the smartest thing I've ever purchased cause if my car is off slightly I just take it to the ONLY people I trust to fix my car and I've been to tons of mechanics here in Salinas and here at Firestone it's the only shop where I leave satisfied and worry free because I know its gonna get done right. I always hear about that they charge too much for their services and products but you get what you pay for and I've been coming to this location more than 20 years and not once did they do me wrong not once. Shell out a few more bucks and get it done right.
