If I could I would give it a 0! Stay away from this shop, they will make promises to turn in your vehicle in no longer than two weeks. It’s already been over a month and I still don’t have my car, I had to call my insurance and let them know of situation and they said that they were going to investigate the shop and I also requested for a transfer to a different shop because there is no sign of progress. The lady named Rhina R would basically tell me a different story every single day I would call her to check on status. She will also say that she’s trying her best but she really is not. Every week it’s a different story, for the part the car needed she first said it was ordered incorrectly, then it was broken, then reordered but misplaced, then today 6/27/23 she said Toyota said the part she needed was back ordered but then I told her about transferring my car to different shop and she said guess what we actually just had Toyota deliver the part?? Like how if you just told me it was o

Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my vehicle repair. When I arrived to my appointment, I was instantly acknowledged by the staff and assisted by Rhina. Rhina is professional, informative, and she explained the process very clearly. Her communication is excellent! She kept me updated with all the details about my vehicle while it was being repaired.
