Kniesel's Collision - Power Inn

Highly recommended! Had to take my Maserati in after damaging the front bumper from some debris on the freeway. She is my baby, but notoriously tricky to work on. And I'm obviously very cautious of letting anyone put their hands on her. Kniesel's is the only shop in town properly certified by Maserati to work on their vehicles and was directly referred to me by the original dealership in Walnut Creek. I cannot be more grateful to Chris and the rest of their team for taking such good care of her. Not only was the physical work done to the utmost perfection, but the customer service was top notch as well. Chris was very thorough and excellent with communicating with me throughout the entire process. Being an exotic luxury car the parts are very difficult to source and whole process took nearly two months. However, I was constantly kept up to date on every step along the way and that was able to keep my concerns at bay. The end result is my baby is back to looking brand new. Thank you guy

I would give this place a solid 4.5 stars. My Tesla model Y needed repairs after being rear ended, and Kniesels is a Tesla approved body shop. At first, I was worried about my choice because for the first two weeks after dropping my car off, I didn't hear anything from the shop. I was concerned that they just "forgot" about my vehicle. But in fact, they had already evaluated my vehicle and ordered the parts. That was a relief, I just wish someone had told me about that earlier. Once repairs were underway, they kept me updated one to two times a week. Anytime I called into the shop, I was greeted with courtesy and my questions were answered. Never had an unpleasant interaction with the staff. The repair took 2 months to complete, but that is the nature of owning a Tesla. At the end of the process, my Tesla looked like new. I didn't see any residual blemishes or evidence of bad workmanship. They offer a lifetime warranty on their work, but hopefully I don't need it! I'm not sure how pric

I had brought my card in for an initial estimate at Kniesels Natomas and later decided to take it to Power Inn because it was busy in Natomas. Power Inn location told me I would need to bring The car in for a second estimate. That did the estimate and sent the information to my insurance for payment. The appointment was scheduled for over a month after the estimate. I later dropped my car off to be worked on and called a few days later to get the ETA when it would be completed. They told me that my car was disassembled but they would need to reach back out to my insurance for additional repairs. This is after they did two estimates. Long story short, it took about 2 weeks longer than it should have cuz they weren't organized and when I received my car, the interior headliner was dirty from dirty hands while they were working on it.
