Tri was amazing and very knowledgeable at his craft. A true expert. Very kind, easy to talk to and showed me that he was willing to go the extra mile (no pun intended, haha) to make I was good to go. My favorite part was when he goes "Sit back and enjoy the show". That I did :) My car wouldn't start after a brand new battery replacement, so I thought I needed to replace my starter. Tri diagnosed the issue right away within 5 minutes of touching the vehicle and identified that I needed a new starter cable connection because the previous one was breaking off or had broken off completely. Tri went straight to work and soldered a new connection together, adjusted my low idle, tossed some coolant in my radiator reservoir, bolted my battery down and my vehicle is running again.
