I'm a Lyft driver. I rent a vehicle from Lyft and in doing so I'm limited to what business I can take the rental to so it can get its routine maintenance service. My most important reason for attempting to use this facility as a maintenance facility, is due to the fact that typically they can get me in the next day. The last few times I have been coming to this facility, I have been talked down to by the staff. I'm either being scolded for parking my car in a spot that the staff member seems to not be happy with. So I move my car accordingly. This last time I went in there, I was told that I was not on the schedule as I had been placed the day before, and due to the fact that I didn't remember the gentleman's name, they refused to see me and service the car. They continued to berate me about how I should look into going somewhere else, when I stated that every time I went to that facility that I was being talked down to or scolded or treated some sort of way that wasn't conducive to pr

The Goodyear Store located at 1121 I St in Sacramento, CA repeatedly tried to sell me tires that absolutely were not needed and told me incorrectly that a flat tire was not repairable. Another tire store easily fixed the flat. On October 21, 2022, I went to the store to have a flat on a rental SUV repaired. One of the counter guys came out to the SUV, stuck a dime into the tread, and declared that the tires were worn out and should be replaced. They were not. They were good Michelin tires with 18K miles on them with very little wear! I was told that to fix the flat it would be 2 hours “if it could be” repaired. After about 1-1/2 hours, the same person told me the flat was unable to be fixed. He first said it had a very large nail (4-6” by how far his hands were apart) through it, and that another tire needed to be replaced too. He then left but came back with a bent 2” screw and said it ruined the inside of the tire. I told him to put the spare on the SUV and put the punctured tire i
