I was introduced to Emperor Auto Body from a friend when I needed to get my engine replaced in my car 3 years ago. After bidding out a few shops I met Victor the owner here who gave me by far the best quote and fixed so many other things without any of the stress of up selling anything. He was sure to go through all the details in the paperwork and breakdown and wrote off so many markups that other shops will charge and hide from you and took them all off giving me an unbelievable price for the repairs. Definitely gained a customer for Life! Highly recommend this shop for any work needed to your vehicle.

I just got my F150 and of course with any new toy, you're going to want to make it more unique to your own personality. So naturally the first thing I ordered was a new grille with amber lights and an LED switch back DRLs. I must have contacted at least 5-9 different shops in the area and all of their prices varied based off of just general things and not necessarily particular to my situation. Vic reached back out to me and immediately I felt the vibe from the guy and was compelled to bringing my truck to his shop. He had given me what I thought was a fair quote but was very transparent that he wanted to see the truck in person before giving me the true estimate. He had reassured me that any work that will be done has to be approved prior or else they wouldn't work on the truck, essentially that's what I wanted, to be able to decide if I wanted to continue the job or not which was great.
