Honestly they do a good job, If you come in with insurance they'll make sure your car leaves correctly. without insurance them prices kind of hefty(be warned). Customer service though... BEST around no joke.
The Caliber Collision at Roseville Road, Sacramento, did excellently workmanship on my Camry, and they have excellent customer’s reliability, very much responsive to needs and concerns.
Update after two months I called two weeks ago to ask about the parts that I’m waiting for my truck that they broke and installed hoping I wouldn’t notice. I talked to the parts person and they didn’t even order all the parts. This shop has horrible communication. After I get this resolved I’m never going back. Would give 0 start if I could Highly disappointed. Broken parts got reinstalled on my truck. Missing clips. I got my truck back and the inside was completely covered in dust/dirt no one looked at my truck before it got delivered to me. Now I have to go back to get parts installed on my truck that should have been installed the first time. Now thinking of taking my truck to another shop To have them look over the work to make sure everything is okay
