They are very busy. Also they are very expensive. They had our vehicle for over a week and didn't do anything with it. Meanwhile, we had to have a Rent-A-Car, and we had to partially pay for. We were hit in our vehicle and that's why our car was there in the first place. Come to find out they were too expensive for the insurance company to pay for our repairs. We were wondering why did they have it so long if they couldn't do the repairs on it?
Amber and Ka were very helpful. Ka was very nice and very professional and Amber went above and beyond by helping me with my rental situation when my insurance did not set up rental.
