My 2015 Honda Accord was having a misfire and a check engine light. I took it into the shop and was greeted by a friendly staff, primarily Sam, who diagnosed my issue. After some troubleshooting, he informed me of the necessary work I needed to remedy the problem. It was a fairly quick process. He found out the problem quickly—a cylinder 4 misfire—and explained to me my options. He wasn’t pushy; he explained that I needed to replace the spark plugs and wires, as well as my gas cap. He gave me an estimate for the parts and labor, and I was in and out of the shop within an hour. I was very pleased with the service and the knowledge presented to me. I felt I was in good hands at all times, and I was always informed on what was going on with my vehicle.
