Called to ask about an insurance claim they were going to do for me ..Wow ….Don’t waste your time with this place .. girl on the phone was rude beyond belief… can’t imagine how bad the rest of the team is if she’s the first person of contact…
It took a very, very long time for them to get the parts needed to fix my Mom's car. It wasn't until she called looking for parts herself did she get it back after 6 months, it was such a hassle. No, I wouldn't recommend them!
Everyone there is awesome. I just picked up my 2018 Mazda CX-5 today, and there was literally no sign of a dent ever being on the passenger quarter panel. They kept in great contact with me and understanding when I couldn't pick up the car for a couple of days because I was sick with COVID. I've worked with this location a few times, and they've always been fantastic. Thank you, guys, for taking good care of my car and me :)
