Technicians were friendly and professional. Also the best value for an oil change on my 2018 jetta that I've found in the area
Had gone to Walmart for an oil change but experienced an oil leak and went back 2 times. Technician claimed nothing wrong and may be residual oil spilled and wiped it off. Meineke technician found drain pull loose. He tightened it down and no more leaks!! Imagine that!!! The $10 I saved going to Walmart cost me 2 additional visits and an oil slick on my floor and still didn’t fix it. Not worth it. They are just workers that get paid even if they do a crappie job. Pride in ownership and working to provide excellent customer care, workmanship, and building a good reputation is what I found at this Meineke location and I will continue to support them with my business.
