Never ever come again! Even though they are rude, I still want to fix my car. However, they were trying to take advantage of few car shops open today(Sunday). So, they rise the price up with nonsense.
Very crude/rude in his approach to communicating with customers. I visited this shop after shopping for Audi Belly Pan Cover at City Tech Auto Repair in the same area and could tell the stark difference how i was treated there vs. at Victor’s. He may be a good mechanic and all, but service is important to me as well, e.g. goving people proper attention, explaining things, maintaining transparency, suggesting alternatives, etc.
My wife be there 9:00am finish on 3:30pm. some guys came after me but they finish before than me. ok more next time.
