I have been their costumer for about 30 years. I never question or dispute anything. The reason is because they earned my trust. Everything is done right and the prices are fair. The staff is remarkable. Service is always friendly and reliable. Hard to find this elsewhere.

Tom at Rosemead Auto repair did an outstanding job on my 2001 Avalon with 190,000 miles. He quickly found the root cause of my check engine light issue that confused my two other incompetent mechanics (bad grounding job and one guy forgot to put back a bolt underneath the chassis, causing an annoying rattle). Tom also did some deferred maintenance such as replacing spark plugs, radiator, and water pump with appropriate hoses, etc. His prices are very reasonable.
