Automotive Excellence

I’ve been bringing my Acura and Mazda to Automotive Excellence for years. I keep coming back because of their reliable service and repairs that are done in time. If any extra repairs are required, they call and advise of the problem and cost. they’re a pleasure to work with.

I finally found my new, forever mechanics in Rohnert Park. I had to find them the hard way, after a very bad experience at a quick oil change place in RP, that also tried to do auto repairs. They obviously can't. I am so glad to have found Automotive Excellence. I'm even purchasing a vehicle that I know they can work on so that I can keep them as my mechanics.

Once again AUTOMOTIVE EXCELLENCE has come through! My son was down in the Bay area visiting from school up at Sonoma State University. As we were driving in his CRV, I noticed a grinding sound coming from his brakes. At the time, I couldn't determine the issue. Checked the pads they and they looked okay/good. He needed to get back to school. I was confident he could make it back. I was Once again due to time and logistics I was in a bind. Then I remembered AUTOMOTIVE EXCELLENCE. Once again I talked with Terri. I explained the situation. I told her what thought the problem was, but I was not 100% sure. She assured me the she'll take care it. She stated the first thing there going to do is inspect all the brakes, then we will go from there. That was a Tuesday, scheduled for Thursday 8am (at my request).
