I cant say enough about the manager Kia! He always delivers. He takes the time to make sure you know time frames and estimates and completes it on time! He also takes care of you with excellent customer service if anything deviates from that. I bring all my vehicles here now. Kia keep up the great work and thank you and your crews. ????
Worst customer service. Definitely not professionals working there. Sent my car in for a brake job, got all the change (almost $50) stolen from the dashboard. Called them to complain about this, the person on the phone went all defensive and without apologizing said “we’re done talking here buddy”. Save yourself and don’t visit these thieves. I don’t understand how pep boys even let them run this franchise. Absolute thugs!
Came last minute on my way down to Southern California to get an oil change on 6/9. Kia and his staff were willing to take me in before closing and were very professional. Was in and out in no time. Will absolutely come back in the future.
