I originally have taken my car to the dealership for repairs/maintenance for many years. Mainly due to finding it difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic. However, this past experience I had at Infiniti was so upsetting, when I was quoted 10k for repair with no other option, even with my loyalty being with them for 10+ years. This shop was recommended to me by a friend, whom I am so so thankful for. They quoted me a fraction of the price, stayed after hours to wait for my car to be towed there, turn around time was one week and the owner even took the time to detail both the inside and outside. If that’s not already 5 stars, to top of the experience, the owner drove my car to me when it was completed because I was without a car. He drove my car to me and took a Uber afterwards!!!! Infiniti could never !!!! Customer service exceeded my expectations by far and my car looks and drives as if it was freshly bought off the lot. So happy that I finally found a forever mechanic!!!!

Came in needing some work done on my car everyone was very helpful and nice, they were able to get everything done without charging me an arm and a leg!! Will definitely be coming back here and recommending to friends and family Service: Electrical

Juan's a smart, honest mechanic. I brought my car in thinking it needs a new transmission. After he diagnosed car he recommended transmission wasn't the problem. He fixed the troubled issue & helped me save hundreds. Before taking car to AWA, I had 2 other shops tell me it was the transmission. I'm glad I didn't listen.
