Alex strives for excellence and transparency is his rule of thumb. Based on my first time experience, Alex treats your car as his own car. He told me what is required and what is optional. No surprise charge. Super thorough and detail oriented. Inside the shop is organized and clean. Not your typical impression when walking into a body shop. I sent my 15 years old car to fix and Alex did his best to make sure my car is safe to drive yet not spend unnecessary money on cosmetic improvements (unless you, the customer insisted!). I give him kudos for his knowledge on car repair and being transparent upfront. Highly recommend Alex if you are looking for someone trustworthy to fix your car.
