Went for smog check certificate. While he may not be cheapest at $60, he got it done quickly. Ky was friendly and professional.
I always go to Ky for the routine smog check and he is always quick and efficient. After getting several quotes for a thermostat replacement for my cousins Jeep I called Ky and his price was the most reasonable. So even if it was a little further away for my cousin to drive to R.
