On time, honest, reasonably price, and environmentally conscious as well (our wiper blades were worn -- Ray replaced just the rubber blade rather than the entire thing). The consistently excellent service is why we have always maintained our Subaru at Kuno's since moving to the area.
Personable, professional and prompt service. Brought in my Subaru for a pre-roadtrip safety inspection. Called ahead for availability. Kuno's observed that the car was generally running fine, but had a really old battery: so I got that changed for a reasonable price on the spot. They also observed that the dipstick was broken (which I hadn't): which is good evidence of their attention to detail. Will be back next time I need the car serviced.
